The sequel to developer Mossmouth’s hard-as-nails indie hit Spelunky has been delayed beyond 2019, according to an announcement by creator Derek Yu. The original Spelunky was 2D Platforming Roguelike released in 2013 by Derek Yu at Mossmouth, which was set apart by its extreme difficulty and influence taken from the game Spelunker in a sort of homage.
