According to a new report, Steven Spielberg’s Halo TV show will start filming as early as fall 2018, after being in development for four years with very limited information slipping from time to time from the production process. Panasonic have announced that they have entered into an agreement with Sony to develop a next generation optical disc Format. The new format will reportedly have a recording capacity of at least 300GB, or 6 times the storage of a standard dual layer Blu-Ray disc. The new disc format is slated for availability in 2015. Insomniac Games has showcased two new suits players will be getting in Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered, releasing on PlayStation 5’s day one as part of the Spider-Man Miles Morales Ultimate Launch Edition. As shared by Insomniac Games on Twitter, the new suits are Arachnid Rider Suit and Armored Advanced Suit, both original, never displayed in any Spider-Man comic nor film. Insomniac Games made it clear the suits are timed exclusives to Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered, they will be coming to PlayStation 4, but the launch date for it is currently TBD....

Square Enix announced that it has just formed a new studio called Square Enix London Mobile. Just as the name suggests, this new studio is London-based and will be focused on mobile gaming. Two titles are already scheduled with the company, one of which is the previously announced Tomb Raider Reloaded game. The other is based on the Avatar: The Last Airbender TV series.
