The Super Mario series creator Shigeru Miyamoto and Nintendo have officially revealed that the release date for the upcoming Super Mario movie by Universal Studios and Illumination has been delayed to Spring 2023. The movie had been previously slated for a release sometime this December. This is Miyamoto. After consulting with Chris-san, my partner at Illumination on the Super Mario Bros. film, we decided to move the global release to Spring 2023–April 28 in Japan and April 7 in North America....

Monster Hunter World fans found their save files deleted after the Iceborne update launched last night. After dropping for console players in September, Monster Hunter World’s latest DLC finally made it to PC this week. PC fans that waited eagerly for the release were treated with a distressing surprise. Iceborne’s update couldn’t find a save file. And if they continued the game, it would delete their save file completely. A newly published patent related to Sony suggests the company is working on a PlayStation mobile controller. The patent, released this week by the SIE‘s Japanese division, describes a device coupled with two controller grips. This controller resembled DualShock 4 rather than PS5’s DualSense. The controller is described as “a left-side grip portion and a right-side grip portion gripped by the left and right hands of the user.” The PlayStation mobile controller is “a shaft portion that can be tilted by the user, and detect the tilting direction and tilting amount of the shaft portion,” according to the patent released by Sony....
