While you were grinning with excitement over the release announcement of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 movie, an ‘Extremely obvious’ development has just come to light. A leaked image by an unverified Twitter account has started a rumor that Knuckles The Echidna may appear as a super important character in the upcoming sequel. According to the Twitter post, a prop of Knuckles has been seen at Fort Langley, where the shooting of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 has started on April 9th....

The Game Awards are known for their World Premiere reveals, and the 2021 show has had announcements in droves. One exciting reveal showcased at the annual award show was the debut of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 movie Trailer. After the commercial success of the 2020 film, Paramount Pictures revealed a sequel with a Title Announcement trailer on Feb. 10, 2021. Since then, the studio has said little about the upcoming movie, and that changed when the movie’s first trailer found an audience at the Game Awards....

The publisher claims that this next rendition of the Soul Calibur franchise is the true successor to Soul Calibur IV, after a disappointing launch of Soul Calibur: Broken Destiny in 2009. The game which was revealed in Namco Bandai’s Level Up showcase is set to take place 17 years after the events of Soul Calibur IV....

Final Fantasy VII Remake is finally becoming a reality next year, and we all know it took ages before it could happen after so many years passed from the original reveal to the release on March 3, 2020, for PlayStation 4. It’s been confirmed that Star Wars Battlefront will run on dedicated servers. Speaking to PlayStation LifeStyle, Jamie Keen, senior producer at DICE, confirmed that dedicated servers will be provided for their upcoming Star Wars shooter in order to ensure a quality online experience. “We’ll still have dedicated servers. Absolutely,” said Keen. “It’s one of the hallmarks of making sure we deliver an unparalleled online [service] for the game.” DICE are no stranger to controversy, with Battlefield 4 notoriously launching with a bevy of game-breaking bugs and glitches, taking months to resolve....
