Those that answered the latter are in luck, because that’s more or less exactly what Steel Rats is about. Steel Rats drops players in a retro-futuristic version of 1940’s America, and specifically the sprawling metropolis of Coastal City....

Bandai Namco has released today a brand new Saint Seiya game on iOS and Android. Launched as a free title with microstransactions, the game allows players to relive the most iconic chapters of the series, including the battles in the 12 sanctuaries, the conflict with Poseidon, the Hades arc, and a new story called ‘The God Libra and the 12 Weapons’ written by Masami Kurumada. All told with impressive graphics and spectacular turn-based battles in style of RPGs....

In anticipation of the upcoming film Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, Marvel has continued its team-up with Epic Games by releasing a brand-new Shang-Chi skin, weapon, and Wrap Bundle for Fortnite. Although portrayed by Simu Liu in the upcoming film, this Fortnite adaptation resembles the character from the self-titled comic book Shang Chi designed by Philip Tan and Dike Ruan from 2020. The bundle is available right now in the Fortnite Item Shop, which includes the Great Protector’s Shield Back bling, Blades of the Brothers Hand Pickaxes, and the Dragon’s Scale Wrap....

Sledgehammer could be back on track after handing 2020’s release to Treyarch. A Call of Duty game comes out every year, but sometimes the studio behind a certain release can be a mystery. The series typically operates on a three-year development schedule that cycles between Infinity Ward, Treyarch, and Sledgehammer Games, but sometimes a wrench gets thrown into the mix that results in changes. Sledgehammer was the leading team behind 2020’s Call of Duty before handing things over to Treyarch for Black Ops Cold War, but now it looks like Sledgehammer is back in the leading role for Call of Duty 2021....

Sony Santa Monica’s next PS3 exclusive has been revealed as Unfinished Swan. It’s a first person game where you shoot blobs of black paint in otherwise complete white space, to make it visible. The game will utilize the PlayStation Move to do the paint lobbing, in what is essentially a “first-person painter”. You’ll play as Monroe, a boy who’s chasing after a swan. After the swan steps out of a painting, it wanders off into a surreal and unfinished world....

Space Robinson from Lumorix games is set to launch next month on Steam for Windows PC. The self-proclaimed hardcore Action-RPG officially launches October 7th. Space Robinson is being published by Alawar Premium, subsidiarity of Alawar Entertainment. An open beta will be available from now until the game’s release. According to the official page: Summoned by an intergalactic corporation named VAST, you’re an ordinary engineer sent to Colony 21 located on a distant planet to perform maintenance works....

Star Wars Battlefront II has been on a rough ride since launch. In terms of updates, it hasn’t been treated half as well as EA’s first Battlefront reboot. Though thankfully with the last community transition, it’s clear that’s there’s a whole host of updates to expect throughout the Summer as well as beyond that. The Star Wars community got their first trailer for the Quantic Dream Star Wars game, Eclipse, on December 10, 2021, and the response has been mixed. The promise of a choice-based game, similar to Quantic Dream hits such as Detroit: Become Human and Heavy Rain, attracted many of the old Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic fans. However, there are some mixed feelings when it comes to the developers themselves, as they have gotten into some alleged drama in 2018 surrounding their workspace environment....

Star Wars Episode 8 was originally scheduled for release in May 2017 before it was pushed back to December 2017 very recently. While the movie has been delayed, that certainly hasn’t pushed the filming schedule back by too much, as Star Wars Episode 8 has now started filming. Star Wars: Rogue One is set to release later this year, but the next mainline entry in the series is the movie that everyone is dying to see after how good The Force Awakens was....

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order has released its first PC patch, which implements a rush of fixes for the much anticipated and well-received Jedi soulsborne. Among other things, we find a fix that should shorten loading times when playing. The game had a good launch on PC despite other titles this month have had lots of problems, and I’m looking at you Red Dead Redemption 2, but Respawn Entertainment and Electronic Arts have further ironed it out to have it perfect in the shortest time possible....

Steam has set a new record for the most concurrent users on the platform. The record was set this past Sunday, January 2, 2022, while many people around the world were enjoying the holiday weekend. At 7 AM EST on Sunday, 27,942,036 users were all logged into Steam at the same time. That shattered the previous record, set in March 2021, by over a million users. The record set in March was 26,922,926 concurrent users....

The existence of Just Cause 4, the fourth installment in Just Cause video game franchise, has been leaked via Steam Pre-order page. You guys can check out the screenshot of the Page below. Does this mean, Square Enix is going to reveal Just Cause 4 at E3 2018? The chances are higher after this leak on Steam. As you can see in the screenshot below, the pre-order page carries a button titled “Click For Details”, as you do that nothing happens....

Famed director, Steven Spielberg, has seen Star Wars 7: The Force Awakens already and he likes the film. French website RTL (via Star Wars Underworld) interviewed Steven Spielberg and he gave his thoughts on what he thinks of the new Star Wars movie. One of the most interesting things Spielberg admitted is that he has already seen Star Wars 7: The Force Awakens three times. He then said: “I think The Force Awakens could be the biggest movie of all time....
