Nickelodeon together with THQ Nordic and its subsidiary HandyGames has just announced that they are going to re-release SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated to iOS and Android as a premium title. Simply titled SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated Mobile, the game will be ready to set sail on January 21, 2021, with full controller support, and priced at $9.99. Star Wars: Battlefront 2 has received an update from DICE that has effectively eliminated some of the grind for multiplayer credits. The update mostly deals with adjustments to the economy and progression of the game, increasing the end-of-round payouts of credits across the board — even more so for players who play well. On top of that, they’ve increased the number of credits that you can earn in the Arcade Mode by 3X per day....

Nintendo has announced that the Super Mario Maker 2 final major update will introduce a World Maker mode to the popular Nintendo Switch exclusive. The update will be available tomorrow, Apr. 22, and will include new content and features on top of the mode that will allow users to create entire worlds. As shared by Nintendo in a press release, the World Maker mode will make it so that multiple courses created by a user can be tied together on a path from the starting point on a world map to the end castle....
Nintendo fans are pretty happy about the latest development for Nintendo’s upcoming Super Mario Maker. A new listing on Nintendo’s UK site revealed the number of stages “100 courses included that you can play without an internet connection,” reads the site. Of course, Super Mario Maker is designed so that you can build your own stages, or play those made by others. Super Mario Maker launches this September for the Wii U....
The role-playing adventure game Sea of Stars has been announced for release on PlayStation platforms, Nintendo Switch, and PC in 2023. Rare’s multiplayer sea-faring pirate title Sea of Thieves is on its way to release next month, and the game’s official system requirements have just been officially revealed. The game’s minimum and recommended specs, which were revealed yesterday on Sea of Thieves’ official website, features three specification lists for minimum, recommended, and “extreme” video display settings. Alongside the three main lists, Rare also included system requirements to play the game at 540p at 30fps, in an attempt to “deliver a great version of the game even for those with computers below our official minimum spec,” as PC design lead Ted “Red Rage” Timmins explained in the system specs post....

Sonic Team and Sega dropped a fresh crop of new details about the upcoming open-world game Sonic Frontiers, including its gameplay mechanics, systems, enemies, and maps. Some tragically blurry screenshots were also included, and they showcase areas of the game that we didn’t get to see in the original reveal trailer. Skybound Entertainment will bring a Creepshow five-issue miniseries to comic stands everywhere. The miniseries’ first issue will release on September 21, 2022.
