Back in February this year, when Samsung launched the Galaxy S10 line up of flagships, it also launched a bunch of fitness oriented wearables — the Galaxy Fit, and the Galaxy Fit e, and today, the company has finally launched them in India.

The higher-end Galaxy Fit comes with a 0.95-inch color AMOLED display with a 120×240 resolution resulting in a pixel density of 228ppi. It comes with a heart rate monitor, accelerometer, and gyroscope, and is capable of automatically tracking activities along with stats like heart rate, stress, and more. The Galaxy Fit features NFC wireless charging support, and comes with a 5ATM water resistance rating so you can easily take it for a swim. It uses Bluetooth Low Energy for connectivity, so the 120mAh battery lasts longer.

The Galaxy Fit e on the other hand comes with a 0.74-inch mono PMOLED display with a resolution of 64×128 pixels, resulting in a pixel density of 193ppi. It comes with a heart rate monitor and an accelerometer, but there’s no gyroscope in tow here. It can track activities, heart rate, and comes with sleep-detection as well. For charging, the Galaxy Fit e uses POGO pins, instead of wireless charging as found in the Galaxy Fit. The Fit e also has a smaller 70mAh battery, and comes with 5ATM water resistance rating so you can take it for a swim.

The Galaxy Fit e is priced at Rs. 2,590 and will go on sale on Flipkart, Myntra, and Samsung e-Shop from July 5 till July 19, after which it will go on sale offline. Pre-booking for the Galaxy Fit e will begin from July 1, on Flipkart.
