Sandra Bullock recently came out with Netflix’s The Unforgivable in December 2021, and in a recent interview with the Hollywood Reporter, Sandra Bullock had nice things to say about the streaming service. Sandra Bullock praises Netflix, mentioning, “If it wasn’t for Netflix, a lot of people wouldn’t be working. Their stories wouldn’t be told. Who would think that me, as a woman, would still be working at this point? I would have been out in the cow pasture. It’s true”.

Netflix’s The Unforgivable was an instant hit and stayed the most watched movie on Netflix until the highly anticipated Red Notice, starring Dwayne Johnson, Ryan Reynolds, and Gal Gadot, was released a couple weeks later.

The Unforgivable wasn’t the only hit Sandra Bullock has had with Netflix. She starred in the instant hit 2018 thriller film Bird Box, which is one of Netflix’s biggest successes to date. Sandra Bullock praises Netflix and isn’t wrong regarding the opportunities streaming services have given to talented celebrities. Because of streaming services like Netflix, the world has been entertained with old and new stars for many years. We have been introduced to foreign entertainment like the very successful series Squid Game, which has been green-lit for a second season.

Netflix has given other actors like Bullock a chance to shine again. Adam Sandler has done nine projects with the streaming service to date, with many more to come, including the sequel to the hit movie Murder Mystery with Jennifer Aniston. Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin have a new and young audience with the hit series Grace and Frankie, releasing their seventh and final season later this year.

Sandra Bullock has two projects set to come out later this year with The Lost City, starring Channing Tatum and Daniel Radcliff, and Bullet Train, starring Brad Pitt. Due to the pandemic, movie theaters have had to shut down, and we are grateful we still get new content thanks to streaming services like Netflix.
