If there were to be a biopic on a housewife from any of the Real Housewives spinoffs, American Horror Story‘s Sarah Paulson chose Vicki Gunvalson from RHOC to play in a project about the housewife’s life, as she revealed on SiriusXM’s Radio Andy (seen below) after the conversation turned to the reality TV series.

“I would just like to play Vicki. I just wanna play Vicki. Vicki is a very fascinating person to me,” Sarah Paulson said. She also said how “worried” she was over the reality star’s COVID-19 situation, even though she had tested negative. The actress went further to show her fandom of the series by saying that she was “in it to win it for all of them.”

Sarah Paulson reveals she wants to star as Vicki Gunvalson from RHOC

Vicki Gunvalson was an original star of RHOC, which debuted in 2006. In January 2020, she announced her departure from the long-running series, ending her 14-season run. She eventually returned to reality TV with Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip in June, which premiered on Peacock.

It is no surprise that Sarah Paulson would step into the shoes of a Real Housewives star. In 2019, she revealed she was a big fan of the franchise. If it came down to it and her acting career did not pan out, she would have starred in RHONYC.

Sarah Paulson is known for American Horror Story, American Crime Story, Deadwood, Ratched, Glass, and 12 Years a Slave. She most recently starred in the latest American Crime Story season as civil servant Linda Tripp. She was also prosecutor Marcia Clark in the first season of the anthology crime drama series. With that experience of playing real people, maybe her dream of being Vicki Gunvalson could come true.

The actress is attached to the horror film Dust with Annaleigh Ashford (American Crime Story).
