Conversely, Trainers should avoid using Grass-, Electric-, Steel-, or Fairy-type Moves against this two-headed creature.
Pokémon Scarlet & Violet: Best Dondozo Counters and Weaknesses
Trainers at Pro Game Guides suggest that Flying- or Poison-type counters are better to use against Scovillain in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet since these elemental types tend to have high-Speed Pokémon. The Spicy Pepper Pokémon’s HP, Defense, and Special Defenses IVs are quite low, leaving it vulnerable to speedy attacks. On the other hand, players who do not have any adequately leveled Flying- or Poison-type pocket monsters can use Rock-type combatants instead. Larvitar can be found in dry areas like East Province (Area Three) and evolves into Pupitar at Level 35. Pupitar becomes Tyranitar at Level 55.
