Love Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice a bit too much? Your Platinum trophy and collectible statues aren’t enough to show off your affection? Do not worry because Activision, FromSoftware, and Laced Records have come together to release the Sekiro soundtrack on deluxe quadruple vinyl for $80 and double CD set for $20. Pre-orders are now open over at lacedrecords.com and the sets will ship in December 2020.

Both the vinyl and CD sets feature 50 tracks by Bloodborne and Dark Souls III composer Yuka Kitamura and co-composer Noriyuki “α” Asakura known for his work on the Tenchu series. The Sekiro soundtrack features traditional Japanese instruments, orchestral and choral elements, combined with outlandish and mysterious sounds that surely will transport any listeners to a war-ravaged fictionalized 16th Century Japan. All parts of the music have been specially mastered for vinyl and CD releases.

The vinyl set sports audiophile-quality, heavyweight 180g discs, and traditional black LPs for the Standard Edition. Meanwhile, if you pre-order the Laced Records’ store exclusive Limited Edition, you will get the cream and black-colored Japanese-style LPs as you can see above. These will be housed in spined inner sleeves that slip into a deluxe Wibalin wrapped case. The double CD set includes an artwork booklet and outer slipcase. The stunning and atmospheric original sleeve artwork was created by illustrator and concept-artist Anato Finnstark.

Since it launched on March 22, 2019, people haven’t stopped talking about Sekiro’s ruthlessly challenging story of the shinobi Wolf trying to protect the young Divine Heir Kuro from the remnants of the Ashina clan. Praised by critics and gamers alike, the game won The Game Awards 2019’s Game of the Year and was nominated for Best Game at the BAFTAs and the Golden Joystick Awards’ Ultimate Game of the Year. Just remember: hesitation is defeat. Better pre-order now before you miss your chance.
