Selena Gomez has shared the first trailer of her documentary My Mind and Me. The singer first made an announcement about her documentary that will be coming up soon on her Instagram, on September 8.

On Tuesday, September 20, Gomez then shared a 30-second trailer for her upcoming documentary, My Mind and Me. which will be aired on Apple TV+. Gomez has always been a private person and now, fans will get a look into her life and her journey through fame.

In the teaser that was released, a variety of emotional scenes from a life flash across the screen. The text on the trailer at some point was; “Every breath, A breakthrough.”

Per E! News, the new body of work was  was directed by Alek Keshishian. The My Mind and Me documentary will be about Selena Gomez’s life  within six years. Her life as a singer, songwriter, producer, actor, entrepreneur, and activist will be brought to the limelight. People will be able to get a closer look at the journey of how she attained stardom and all the struggles that come with it.

What Are Some Of The Struggles Selena Gomez Has faced?

Gomez has struggled with her health, and it is publicly known. In 2017, the singer had to undergo surgery, as she had a kidney transplant as a result of Lupus.

As a result of some emotional struggles, Gomez has battled with her mental health and she was open about it. The singer was diagnosed with bipolar disorder which she made public in 2020. In the year 2021, the music star told Vogue that she had been in rehab three times. Gomez had told the publication  at the time that she had to learn to “listen to my body and mind when I really needed help.”

Gomez has since been an advocate for mental health awareness. The singer is also a philanthropist as she supports people through her Rare Impact Fund.

Selena Gomez’s documentary, My Mind and Me will premiere on Apple TV+ on November 4. People will be able to watch Gomez’s journey unfold.
