According to reports, prosecutors have cut a deal in Mike Shouhed’s domestic violence case. Police arrested Shahs Of Sunset‘s Mike Shouhed on felony charges in March, but several charges against him will be dropped if he follows through on his deal with prosecutors. Mike Shouhed’s Domestic Violence Case

Mike and Paulina got engaged in August 2021 after years of dating. The couple acquired a home in Los Angeles a month before their engagement and have been living there since then.

However, law enforcement arrested Shahs Of Sunset‘s Mike Shouhed on March 27 in Los Angeles, California, for domestic violence. The victim turned out to be his fiancée, Paulina Ben-Cohen.

Officers indicted him with 14 criminal charges, including battery and unlawfully attempting to dissuade a witness from making a report. He was also charged with criminal storage of a loaded firearm and possession of an assault weapon.

The former reality TV star later paid $50,000 in bail and was released. One of his lawyers also vouched for him, claiming he did not commit any act of domestic violence.

However, reports emerged that Mike’s arrest was connected to “intimate partner violence with injury.” One of the charges against Mike was also bodily harm to a spouse or cohabitant.

Mike Shouhed’s Deal With Prosecutors

Court documents revealed that the former brovolebrity’s case has been dismissed on certain conditions.

TMZ noted that the former Bravo star agreed to take anger management and parenting classes. He also agreed to perform community service and complete a gun safety course.

Mike’s attorney, George Mgdesyan, expressed confidence in his client’s victory. He said,

George explained that his client wasn’t convicted but would earn a dismissal that would be in his best interest. He added:

On that note, prosecutors dropped charges of domestic violence, battery, and unlawfully attempting to dissuade a witness against Mike. The deal obligates him to successfully finish the two-year program for the charges to be dropped. Mike is also expected to be in court in January for a progress report

Mike and his fiancée remain together despite the incident. Cameras spotted them on a vacation to Mexico with Paulina’s children after Mike’s arrest. Shahs of Sunset‘s Mike Shouhed also seemed affectionate with his step-kids. Hopefully, they are able to get past this, and Mike gets the help he needs.
