Shang Chi Cast Celebrates Completing Filming The Nerd Stash

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings has officially wrapped filming! With principal photography beginning in February 2020, Shang-Chi finally wrapped on October 24, 2020. To celebrate the occasion, the actors and director recently took to social media to post special messages and images.

As reported by TheWrap, the lead actor, Simu Liu, posted a message to a private Facebook group that read as follows:

For all of us who hate hated the colour of our skin, or been made to feel less than because of it; NO MORE. This is OUR movie, and it will be IMPOSSIBLE for Hollywood to ignore us after this. I’ll see you then. But probably sooner actually because i’m always on here lollll. LET’S F**KING GO.”

Simu Liu further celebrated publicly on his Instagram. The image features both him and Shang Chi‘s director Destin Daniel Cretton. In the post, Liu writes, “We made a baby!!! We can’t wait to introduce him to the world in 9 months… ??? #WRAPPED”.
