You can select this option up to ten times, with each time you select it increasing Aerith’s affection by one point. We recommend going through all ten options of waiting a little longer.
The main bonus you will receive is your Limit Break, but Aerith’s affection will also increase some of the mini-games in the Slums. This includes the potion kid when asking Aerith for numbers. With her affection higher, she will give you fewer numbers and make it easier to win.
