Siesta Key called out about Kelsey’s tasteless goodbye montage. Despite the fact that most people who leave the show get a touching goodbye tribute, that wasn’t the case for Kelsey Owens. When most goodbye clips are set to sad music and are sentimental, Kelsey’s was like a blooper reel of her being terrible. For the uninitiated, Kelsey Owens is seen as pretty toxic on the show. She is accused of fabricating drama, and she can’t keep her pants on. So the reel was like a highlight reel of all the men she cheated on.
But we want to make a counterpoint. We feel like maybe they just didn’t have any nice footage of her. As she was frequently unpleasant, they did the best they could. But some fans are calling out the producers and see it as unfair. We sort of just saw it as hilarious to be honest. But thankfully, so did some other viewers of the clip.

Siesta Key called out about Kelsey’s tasteless goodbye montage. Honestly, it was kind of amazing. Instead of glamorizing her and her framing her like a good person, they just showed her for what she was. The weird mix of melodramatic music played over her being very shady just sat wrong with a lot of people. But for people who were not fans of her, it was oddly delightful, like a blooper reel of all her worst moments, played like a sports highlight reel. Granted, there were some less damning clips, but they were few and far between by comparison.
For people saying the producers did her dirty, nah. We disagree. She kind of did herself and everyone else dirty.
