A massive collector’s set, but at a high price.
As its name suggests, the supposed death of Telltale’s The Walking Dead has certainly not been its end. After its sudden cancellation following the closure of Telltale, the Final Season seemed lost. But Skybound stepped in and delivered the final two episodes, even releasing the full season to physical retail. Now they’re going even further with The Walking Dead: The Telltale Definitive Series which will contain every game in the series along with much more for fans.
As the video below explains, this set contains every single piece of content that has been released for the series. There’s also a ton of physical collectibles for fans to enjoy. The featured item is clearly the Lee and Clementine statue, which is modeled after the iconic promo art for the first season. Beyond that there’s an Ericson t-shirt, a poster, and more.
But those come at a hefty price. The full “Guardian Pack” release which contains the statue along with the other items is $249.99. A smaller version is available for $99.99 that does not have the statue in it. Pre-orders are live now and will last until May 31st or when stock runs out. If you’re a die hard collector, you might want to act fast.
