One-person studio Frostwood Interactive’s second effort, the cozy narrative game, Forgotten Fields, launches today for PC, Linux, and Mac OS X on Steam and GOG.

Framed as a slice-of-life trip down memory lane, Forgotten Fields drops players in the shoes of Sid, a writer struggling to get those creative juices flowing. An unavoidable family obligation has Sid return to his childhood home. One final goodbye party awaits before the house is sold. With a grant deadline penciled in for the very same day that could provide a much-needed financial lifeline, Sid reluctantly embarks on a nostalgic journey. He’ll reconnect with friends, relive old memories as well as sections of his steadily burgeoning story, take in the natural beauty surrounding his home, and solve relaxing puzzles. All this while wading through his writer’s block.
