To get Primordy Oil in Slime Rancher 2, you must travel to the Ember Valley region. You can visit this location immediately after surface exploration of Rainbow Fields, and here is how to unlock this region:
- Go to the northern part of Rainbow Fields.
- You will see a big Pink Gordo stuck in the passage.
- You won’t be able to bypass it, so feed it to make it explode.
- Pink slime does not have a favorite food, and you can feed him 30 pieces of any food.
- Once Pink Gordo explodes, you can walk through and stand on a small geyser that will take you to Ember Valley.
Once you’re in Ember Valley, go to the western part of the location. There is a lot of lava here, and it is hot, but you will also see quite a few geysers. If you have previously collected Deep Brine, you understand what we are talking about. Geysers push a black liquid out of the ground, namely Primordy Oil.
