In the new Slime Rancher 2, there are loads of new skills and gadgets to unlock that we’ve never seen before. They all help you gather materials and slimes while you’re out venturing the wilds of Rainbow Island. If you’re going to be out exploring, you must be well-equipped with the tools to help you make it through the wilds. However, all of these gadgets can be crafted at a Fabricator in Slime Rancher 2. Where to Find the Meat Slime Bait Gadget in Slime Rancher 2
Unlocking the Meat Slime Bait Gadget is similar to others that require you to find a blueprint before you can craft it. This can easily be found, though. First, you have to unlock the way to Ember Valley. I provided a link to show you exactly how to do this! You can find Ember Valley to the Northwest of Rainbow Fields. To unlock it, you must do a couple of things to activate a pylon that will destroy the pillars blocking the teleport.
Once you’ve unlocked Ember Valley, you can travel there using the teleporter you just cleared the way to. Once you’re there, you’ll be one step closer to unlocking the Meat Slime Bait Gadget. Travel to the West until you see a small opening next to some dirt paths, marked in the picture above.
In this area, you’ll find a bunch of ledges that lead to a cave on top. You’ll have to make your way up the ledges and hop your way to the top. This might not be the easiest task, but it is possible. If you place your jumps just right, you’ll be there in no time.
Inside the cave, you’ll find a supply box that contains the blueprint to unlock the Meat Slime Bait Gadget in Slime Rancher 2.
How to Unlock the Meat Slime Bait Gadget in Slime Rancher 2
Now that you’ve collected the blueprint, you have to construct your gadget. This works the same way any other sort of creation work in SR2. Take it to the Fabricator, and get it crafted.
Once your new gadget is created, you can place it around the map wherever you’d like so that it can attract some meat-eating slimes for you!
