Publisher Wandering Wizard has finally launched the new social party game, West Hunt. This social deduction experience will feature 2-4 players playing hide-and-seek in the Old West. One to two Outlaws must evade the Sheriffs before the timer ultimately runs out. A lot can happen in a small, western town. Steam players can purchase West Hunt on Early Access now to get started.
In West Hunt, You’re Either With the Law or Against It
It’s officially hunting season! A small village is thriving with multiple determined citizens and growing businesses. But with continued success may also come packed with troublemakers in the shadows. West Hunt features both detective and stealth-like gameplay mechanics. The former lies within the duties of the Sheriff, who is constantly looking for Outlaws and other trouble. The Outlaws rely on deception and sneaking around to get their jobs done.
The Sheriff players essentially patrol the town while maintaining the peace. They’ll have to investigate when it comes to figuring out who is behind the social unease. Meanwhile, the players who control the Outlaws will be completing main and side quests to progress. Main quests increase notoriety while the side adventures can lower the heat on your back. Outlaws beware: the Sheriffs might have a loyal canine by their side during their shifts.
