Sony Computer Entertainment Australia has now revealed the PlayStation brand will be attending PAX Australia for the very first time this year.
Esperino got the email from Sony Computer Entertainment Australia confirming their attendance. PAX Austarlia started in 2013, but Sony never had a big presence at the event aside from a few games.
At the event in 2014, Media Molecule was there to promote Tearaway. The experience proved to be a positive one as this convinced Sony to attend the event fully in 2015.
2015 also marks the 20th anniversary for the PlayStation brand being available in Australia. All they mentioned is that there are a lot of exciting things for them to share. Sadly no specific games were announced for the event just yet.
We do know Sony has tons of 2016 video games on the way for the PS4. Hopefully the likes of Ratchet and Clank and Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End makes it to PAX Australia 2015. Other 2016 PS4 games include Dreams, Horizon: Zero Dawn and The Last Guardian as well.
The event is held in the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre in Melbourne, Australia. It runs from October 30th, 2015 until November 1st, 2015.
