The Zelda-inspired adventure game Sparklite has an official release date. The dungeon crawler will be available November 14, 2019, on PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.

Sparklite is an action-adventure game where you play as a heroine named Ada, set out to battle foes and find loot in an evolving landscape. There are gadgets, guns, and gear to battle all different kinds of foes with. Your mission is to take down the titans of the Baron’s Digsites, the mining industry within the land, and save Sparklite. Ada must stop the Baron from taking the core and gaining the power to create a new world for himself to control.

A little more about Ada, the character you’ll be playing as in Sparklite. A mechanic uses her skils and cleverness to defeat the Baron’s henchmen. The land, Geodia, has five different and unique lands for Ada to clear all of the henchmen.

Red Blue Games, the developer, and Merge, the publisher, worked together to get Sparklite available to the community of fans. Recently, Merge celebrated their 10-year anniversary helping amazing games get noticed and played by the community. They have worked with Sony, Valve, Nintendo, and Microsoft over their 10-year period as a company.

Sparklite features some amazing visuals all encompassed in a pixel art style inspired by retro classics. The soundtrack is also an original created by composer Dale North. Sparklite has players figuring out puzzles with their newly created gadgets to get even more loot to help defeat the Baron and his henchmen.

The game takes a lot of its inspiration from games such as Legend of Zelda and even a little old school Mario Bros. from back in the day. Their recent showings at the Nintendo’s Indie World Showcase, [email protected], and even with Kinda Funny’s very own Showcase fans are itching to play this new one from Merge. Fans are even lucky enough to receive exclusive content ahead of launch with Merge’s promotion of the Steam Wishlist.
