In an uncertain and unprecedented time for the film industry, many projects continue to move forward for their eventual releases. Even films that are seemingly farther along the horizon are still being worked on despite all the COVID delays. One such film that has been at the forefront of news is the upcoming Spider-Man 3. Acting as the third film in the web slinger’s Marvel Cinematic Universe, the series has been receiving so much news regarding the casting of previous villains. Jamie Foxx returning as Electro was exciting news in October, but now it seems that the rogue’s gallery will only get larger. Seemingly blending in the previous Spider-Man universes, the newest addition to the upcoming Spider-Man sequel is just as exciting. In a recent report by the Hollywood Reporter, Alfred Molina will be reprising his role as Doctor Octopus for the upcoming Spider-Man 3 film.
