Spider-Man Miles Morales How to Change Time of Day

To change the time of day in Spider-Man: Miles Morales, you need to have first completed the game. You cannot do this manually if you have not. Once you have, you can head to the options menu, and under Game, the option at the top allows you to switch to the time of day you want manually.

Update: It seems that the change of day function only works for the PlayStation 5 version. From the comments of this article who have 100% Miles Morales on the PlayStation 4, the option does not come available. It’s only for the PlayStation 5 version.

The first thing you need to do is to finish the game, as this is the only way to unlock this option in the settings menu. Luckily, it doesn’t take too long to beat Spider-Man: Miles Morales, so you should have this feature unlocked in no time at all!

After you have beaten it, hit the options menu you bring up the pause screen, scroll down to settings, then click Game. At the very top of the Game options screen should be the newly added Time of Day option. Here you can change the time of day to four different times:

  • Day Night Sunset Overcast (Snow)

Change to the time you want, click X. A window will appear informing you that by changing the time, it will load you back at the last checkpoint the game saved at. Apply the settings if you are happy with reloading, then when the checkpoint has loaded, the time will have changed depending on what you have selected.
