Splatoon 3 is right around the corner! We are weeks away from getting the third game in this fun franchise that Nintendo created. We already know that it’ll bring a lot of features and things in this new title. As we were able to see during the last Nintendo Direct, there will be a bunch of new game modes this time around. The majority of them with a multiplayer focus. And, with that in mind, everyone’s wondering who the Splatoon 3 playable characters are. Well, the good news is that some of the Splatoon 3 characters are available from the first day, plus, some other great customization options.

Character Customization Will Play A Huge Part In Splatoon 3 Playable Characters

As with other Splatoon titles, you are the one that makes the characters. Even in the demo, you can see that there are two races to choose from. Those who are wondering about the Splatoon 3 playable characters, might remember what happened in the previous entry. If you wanted to play as an Octoling you had to purchase the DLC. Well, now is different. For the Splatoon 3 characters, you can choose either Inkling or Octoling as soon as you start the game. This is something great for people who want to play as they want or not just as an Inkling. This is something that people have noticed in the demo. And, if the game follows the same path as the previous two, then you won’t be able to play as other named characters. This title adds a lot of new customization options right from the start. The biggest one, as we mentioned is the fact that you can choose between Inkling and Octoling. It remains to be seen if there’ll be more Splatoon 3 characters or races to choose from in the future.

Splatoon 3: How To Customize Your Splashtag

When it comes to Splatoon 3 playable characters, one can expect to create their own and play with them. Unless some parts of the single-player campaign change that. In this title, there is a big emphasis on multiplayer so, expect the character customization to stay strong during the game’s run. You can pre-order the game right now from the store or select retailers. Also, a new Splatoon 3-themed Nintendo Switch OLED is available. However, it does not include the game so, make sure to save a bit more if you want both. The title that puts us again in the middle of a war between Inklings and Octolings arrives in just a few weeks. September 9th to be more precise.
