Spyro Reignited Trilogy is now available for Xbox One and PlayStation 4, but is it coming anytime soon for PC and Nintendo Switch?

Activision has already used us to staggered releases for its classic remasters, as it has happened with Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy.

So, despite Xbox One being in the initial lot together with PS4, things haven’t probably changed that much this time around.

Speaking to Nintendo Life, a PR from the publisher has indeed confirmed that, “at this time,” there are no plans to bring the games on PC and Nintendo Switch.

“We’re excited that even more Spyro fans will have the opportunity to experience the franchise on PS4 and XB1 platforms,” said the spokesperson.

“We do not have any other platforms to announce at this time.”

The standard PR note, you might say, and that’s likely it. Are we getting those versions? Yep, that’s quite a given, but you’d might be required to wait another full year before this happens.

In the wait, you’ll want to have a look at one of our Spyro Reignited Trilogy guides.
