With Spyro Reignited Trilogy releasing tomorrow, someone has already received an early copy of the game by Activision and Toys for Bob.

Interestingly, the early copies confirms something that we’ve really known for a while and that was reportedly the reason why the title got delayed by two months.

Indeed, according to the first reports by users, Reignited Trilogy has only the first game on the physical copy.

The rest, other two titles, are set to be downloaded at the boot up, and this’ll require 17.6GB on your hard disks.

So, while this is a relatively small download, it’s weird to see it happen simply for two reasons.

First of all, it was believed that the delay was due to Activision’s will to avoid downloads right away, something that hasn’t apparently managed to do.

Second, considering how small the download is, it’s bizarre that the publisher and developer decided it to have it download based rather than on disc.

The mystery goes on as Spyro Reignited Trilogy drops tomorrow.
