Walmart has posted the first cover-art for the Star Wars 7: The Force Awakens Blu-ray. The very popular BB-8 droid dons the cover all by himself.

According to the listing, BB-8 will be on the cover for the 2D Blu-ray copy of Star Wars 7: The Force Awakens. It’s possible the 3D Blu-ray and DVD covers will have something different.

It’s interesting that BB-8 is on the cover instead of Kylo Ren. Kylo Ren’s face is on every other merchandise for the movie. However, BB-8 is the most popular new character from the movie so that is probably why he was chosen to be on the cover by himself.

The Blu-ray itself is expected to ship out with three discs. One disc is the movie, the second disc is for special features while the third is a DVD copy. Buyers can also redeem a code for a digital copy for the film as well.

There is reportedly seven deleted scenes and other footage that will be a part of the special features. Unlike Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit movies, fans don’t have to worry about an extended version coming out.

There is still no release date for the Blu-ray, but it’s rumored to be out worldwide on April 5th, 2016.
