Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order has released its first PC patch, which implements a rush of fixes for the much anticipated and well-received Jedi soulsborne. Among other things, we find a fix that should shorten loading times when playing.

The game had a good launch on PC despite other titles this month have had lots of problems, and I’m looking at you Red Dead Redemption 2, but Respawn Entertainment and Electronic Arts have further ironed it out to have it perfect in the shortest time possible.

You can check the full changelog below:

  • We’ve fixed a texture flickering issue that would display on the screen while driving the AT-AT on Kashyyyk.
  • Sometimes the input from the arrow keys would fail to respond within menus; this has now been fixed.
  • Dynamic resolution settings will now save properly.
  • Fixed an issue where the game could become slow and loading times longer than expected.

I’m playing it since day one and haven’t found any of these issues. Perhaps, I noticed that, at times, just when you get in the game, it takes a bit of time before it reaches the quality of performance you had at the peak of a previous session like its frame rate is slightly lower than before. Maybe I’m the only one who noticed that, though.

For the rest, it’s looking good, and hopefully, you’re having a great time with it. Make sure you download the around 500MB patch to have it performing at its best, and have fun.
