Disney and Lucasfilm have revealed the second trailer for Star Wars: Rogue One. Fans will be happy to know that all of the footage is new as they didn’t recycle much scenes.
The second trailer shows more of the other characters in the movie as the group of unlikely heroes try and stop the Empire. The movie looks epic with a lot of action and beautiful scenery.
Here’s a brief plot summary: “From Lucasfilm comes the first of the Star Wars standalone films, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, an all-new epic adventure. In a time of conflict, a group of unlikely heroes band together on a mission to steal the plans to the Death Star, the Empire’s ultimate weapon of destruction. This key event in the Star Wars timeline brings together ordinary people who choose to do extraordinary things, and in doing so, become part of something greater than themselves”
At the end of the trailer, we see our first glimpse of Darth Vader. Darth Vader isn’t shown much in the trailer, but he will appear in the film. The movie will be out on December 16th, 2016 in North America. You can buy the first toys of the film on September 30th, 2016.
