The much anticipated StarCraft 2: Legacy Of The Void expansion is set to release later this year, but some fans already are able to get their handles on the beta which is currently been going on for the past few weeks. Now a recent balancing update hopes to fix a few issues that fans had with the game.

Blizzard has announced on their blog that StarCraft 2: Legacy Of The Void beta participants had received a balance update on May 14th which came from feedback from the community and analyzation of data at Blizzard. Protoss

  • Mothership Core
  • Mass Recall cost reduced from 100 energy to 50 energy
  • Mothership
  • Mass Recall cost reduced from 100 energy to 50 energy
  • Movement speed increased from 1.41 to 1.88
  • Oracle
  • Stasis Wards can no longer be manually cast
  • Zealot
  • Charge upgrade movement speed increased from 2.75 to 2.953
  • Disruptor
  • Gains unit type: Armored

Zerg

  • Mass Recall cost reduced from 100 energy to 50 energy

  • Mass Recall cost reduced from 100 energy to 50 energy

  • Movement speed increased from 1.41 to 1.88

  • Stasis Wards can no longer be manually cast

  • Charge upgrade movement speed increased from 2.75 to 2.953

  • Gains unit type: Armored

  • Brood Lord

  • Attack Range increased from 9.5 to 11

  • Lurker

  • Damage changed from 30 to 20 +10 vs armored

Not bad, but I am sure the game will continue to be fine tweaked as we near the StarCraft 2: Legacy Of The Void release date later this year for PC.
