This years’ Steam sale is set to coincide with the Japanese Golden Week. Golden Week in Japan is kind of a big deal since it celebrates a number of annual events and festivals like their Emperor’s birthday and Children’s Day. That’s to say, you guessed it right, Steam’s going to offer a big sale on Japanese developers this year. So if you have your eyes set on something from the house of Sega, Konami, Nintendo, or Capcom, the next week is going to be your Golden Week too.

 

What’s New For This Year

According to a Gamerant report, This years’ sale is highly likely to see big price reductions in some new releases as well. Moreover, based on last year’s offers, you may very well get a good deal on games like the Resident Evil series, Monster Hunter  World, Dark Souls 3, and the Devil May Cry series.

As you may have heard, ‘The Steam Next Fest’ has already been announced by Valve. This year’s Steam Game Festival is going to allow you to play demos of many upcoming games. As told by Valve managing team, you’ll not only be playing demos but also be able to watch developer’s live streams and talk to them about their future projects.
