Starting today, for the next four days, the entire Valve Store is up for grabs. Steam’s Lunar New Year Sale is live! There are some good games here, and you can get titles for under 5 bucks. If you open up your Steam platform right now, you’ll find savings that go up to 70% with games such as Doom. Even further, with Everspace and ARK: Survival Evolved, both being 80% off.
What Do I Buy, Steam?
There are some sweet deals too. Award-winning, AAA titles such as The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is 80% and 60% off, respectively. If you’re looking for newer games, I couldn’t recommend Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order more, which is now 50% off, or the Hideo Kojima’s instant classic Death Stranding (currently 40% off). You can save 67% on Doom: Eternal, the sequel to the aformentioned 2016’s reboot Doom.
Valve made this easy if you’re looking for a specific genre too. There’s a “browse thousands of discounts by genre or theme” section for a more focused search.
You can also get Steam specific items if you’re not considering buying games. Steam’s Point Shop is full of quirky avatars, avatar frames, stickers, profile backgrounds, etc. Some of the theme game inspired. Some of the internet culture inspired.
Remember that you might be experiencing some issues while shopping, as the reports, are coming in about Steam servers shutting down due to increasing traffic. I guess people are buying.
