A brand new trailer for the second batch of Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean anime has been released at the Anime Expo 2022, officially a confirmed release date. The next match of Stone Ocean episodes will officially release on Netflix on September 1, 2022. The second batch, covering episodes 13-24, was previously teased following the release of the first batch in December of last year, with Netflix stating it would release sometime in Fall 2022. N

We now know for certain when it will release, nearly nine months later.

Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean Release Date and Trailer

The new JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean part 2 trailer shows off the details for the upcoming batch of episodes, as well as confirms a release date of September 1, 2022, on Netflix. It was confirmed that the entire series (consisting of episodes 1-24) will be rebroadcasted on TV in Japan starting on October 7, 2022.

The new trailer shows the main character of Stone Ocean, Jolyne Cujoh, as she is brought into “the hole,” the punishment ward of the Green Dolphin Street Prison, following the events of episode 12. Here, she must search for the disc containing the memories of her father, Jotaro Kujo, before her enemy Father Pucci and his allies can do it first.

In addition to Jolyne, other major cast members, including Ermes, Foo Fighters (FF), and Anasui, appear in the trailer, showing off their abilities and encounters with Pucci’s allies.

Stone Ocean is not the only Jojo-related thing that will be coming in September. In addition to Stone Ocean returning to Netflix,  the remastered edition of the iconic fighting game JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle will be releasing on September 1st as well. A recent trailer for the game showcased some of the prominent characters from parts 4, 6, and 8 of Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure that would be joining the roster, including Josuke Josuke Higashikata (Part 4), Jolyne Cujoh, Josuke Higashikata (Part 8), and various characters from parts 4 and 6.
