We have all seen all sorts of game launch goodies. From just a nice box to keep your game inside to whatever Fallout 76 tried to give collectors back in the day. Yet, there is one thing we never thought would happen in the gaming world. Or rather, outside of the gaming world. The cat videogame, Stray, is launching on July 19th, and it will be free for PS Plus Extra and Premium subscribers. But that’s not all. Stray accessories are being released on that date, not for you but for your cat.

With video game companies trying to find ways to get players to chip in their collector’s editions, we have Stray accessories for your cat. This is brilliant. The cat video game, Stray, has you take the role of a cat in a futuristic city. We’ve already seen some trailers where the character that is a cat traverses the city with their feline grace. This is a concept we never thought it’d occur. A cat video game is something that we never thought people would be too excited about. Yet, the anticipation for Stray is huge. Mainly because it will be free to play for most PlayStation owners, add that to the fact that Stray accessories will be something useful for cat owners.
Lately, we have also seen some great collector’s editions out there. Ryan Hurst, Thor’s voice actor, did a video recently showcasing the new God of War collector’s editions. Said editions ran out 5 minutes after pre-orders went live. Stray accessories are currently up for pre-order, with the carrier going for $139.99 USD and a harness for $39.99 USD.
