One of the most divisive things in recent times for games is the Battle Pass. This is a feature that got a lot of fame due to Fortnite. That battle royale title has been using it for years, and it has worked. Yet, it is a multiplayer game; it is a feature that is there to keep players coming back. Sadly, some single-player titles have also included it, and people are not too fond of it. Marvel’s Avengers did it, and it was horrible. Now, leaks suggest that the upcoming Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League game will also include a Battle Pass.

Some people were just expecting the next Rocksteady game to bring what made the Arkham games so famous: slick and fun combat with a good story. While that might arrive, people are not happy about hearing the upcoming title will have a Battle Pass. We have no idea why this has become a trend in single-player games. In the past, people bought a game to play it and obtain everything just by sinking hours into it. Now, even single-player games want us to spend money to unlock stuff. If a Battle Pass makes its way to Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, it might affect its sales and reviews.
